Description of problem:
RFE: improving the file dialog when many files are transferring

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
virt-viewer-2.0-9.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Prepare a spice guest and make sure spice-vdagentd service is running.
2. Login the guest.
3. Drag many files and drop them into the guest.

Actual results:
The file transfer dialog covers a large area of the guest's screen and have to click dialog in task bar to hide it.

Expected results:
It's better to make the file transfer dialog sit under virt-viewer window after clicking virt-viewer window (for example, clicking the title), and then can switch back by "alt+tab".

Fixed upstream, patches need a new api from spice-gtk v0.33

I followed case (https://polarion.engineering.redhat.com/polarion/#/project/RedHatEnterpriseLinux7/workitem?id=RHEL7-58683) with virt-viewer-5.0-2.el7.x86_64, the file transfer dialog only display a total progress bar.

So move the bug from ON_QA to VERIFIED.
