Description of problem:
Storage domain is not selectable when uploading a disk from "disks" tab, a default domain is selected and the selectbox is grayed.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have an oVirt setup with more than 1 storage domain.
2. Go to "Disks" tab.
3. Press "Upload"

Actual results:
Storage domain is not selectable

Expected results:
Storage domain selection should be allowed.

Now it shows all the storage domains available.
