Verification failed in 5.6.1.0.20160726144018_810a94f.

When attaching a volume to an instance, following error is found, "Unable to attach Cloud Volume "My volume-2" to test_inst_pwrctl_AKQMcukr: undefined method `attach_volume' for nil:NilClass"
