Error Messages, log files & correspondance with fedora list
Fedora Core 2 has now reached end of life, and no further updates will be provided by Red Hat. The Fedora legacy project will be producing further kernel updates for security problems only. If this bug has not been fixed in the latest Fedora Core 2 update kernel, please try to reproduce it under Fedora Core 3, and reopen if necessary, changing the product version accordingly. From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040808 Firefox/0.9.3 Description of problem: When i put an TwinMOS Mobile Disk IV Usb 2.0 512MB-24 memory stick in the usb port, linux comes with some errors, After turning ACPI=off the system works, and the memory stick can be used. The ACPI=noirq hangs the boot, and the mouse is also not working. Please see the attached file for all the correspondance to the fedora mailing list, for error messages. I'll be pleased to supply some more information.
