Description of problem:
Following differences are visible when applying the patch before/after upgrade from 3.2.3 to 3.3.6:
- diff in rhq-server.properties:
  - rhq.server.tomcat.security.secure-socket-protocol=TLS vs. rhq.server.tomcat.security.secure-socket-protocol=TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2

Steps to Reproduce:
First server:
1. install JON 3.2.3
2. unzip JON3.3.0.GA
3. apply the CP6
4. upgrade

Second server:
1. install JON 3.2.3
2. unzip JON3.3.0.GA
3. upgrade
4. apply the CP6
