Description of problem:
host is stuck in installing
there is 'termination' indication and it passes well,
but there is no ovirtmgmt and the host stays in 'installing' state

Nelly, please check with latest build, making sure vdsm-jsonrpc-java 1.1.12 is installed.

Bug tickets must have version flags set prior to targeting them to a release. Please ask maintainer to set the correct version flags and only then set the target milestone.

and I was able to re-build the env with no problem
