The version of Pacemaker in RHEL 6.9 should be comparable to that in RHEL 7.3, because there were significant bugfixes not always reflected in RHEL 6 BZ entries, and it is the safest way to incorporate the alerts feature needed for Bug 1253325.

Targeted version is 1.1.15

I have checked with internal regression and functional tests that the rebased version 1.1.15-5 works correctly.
