Timetool does not show the correct date after midnight on
feb 28, 2000. Instead of rolling around to Feb 29, 2000, it
rolls to March 1, 2000 The system clock is unaffected.

I have verfied this to happen on a machine in the test lab.

fixed as of timetool 2.5 (rawhide)
