Description of problem:
can't get source rpm package from redhat brew server, but it works well when getting builds from default koji server

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rpmgrill-0.28-1.fc23
rpmgrill-0.28-1.fc24

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I had tested on F23/24 with build which-2.19-5.el6
$ NVR=which-2.19-5.el6
$ rpmgrill-fetch-build  $NVR my-$NVR  --server-url http://brewhub.engineering.redhat.com/brewhub --top-url https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/

Actual results:
There is no way to get source rpm package from brew server.

Expected results:
Can get source rpm package from brew server.
