We published new upstream build that includes "7163e79 Do not close inherited fds from parent". Downstream build in brew will use this bugzilla for followup.

moving to 4.2 - there is no need for that version in 4.1 . the only change between last build is one commit that does not effect 4.1

Yaniv, if we build 1.5 for 4.1, I can release ioprocess version using it, saving
2 file descriptors for every ioprocess.

We can also do this for 4.2, this is a minor improvement.

This is now required for bug 1416112 in 4.1
