Fixed by commit: https://gitlab.cloudforms.lab.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/cloudforms/cfme-appliance/commit/b39de72f6db8baab9334d5d6059d80ab27f2fc88 DaJo, ChrisP set the blocker flag.
