Following the https://access.qa.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-ceph-storage/2/single/object-gateway-guide-for-red-hat-enterprise-linux#exporting_the_namespace_to_nfs_ganesha_tech_preview make nfs mount read-only.

According to matt's update in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1357932#c10 there needs to be some more params in ganesha.conf. 

Also refer https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1357932#c15 which has proper ganesha.conf which worked fine.

Please make the doc changes accordingly.

@john,

Small correction.
In section 2.11 step 9 , name of the binary should be "/usr/bin/ganesha.nfsd -f /etc/ganesha/ganesha.conf"  instead of "/usr/bin/ganesha-nfsd".  Apart from this doc looks good.
