This should be fixed in the final release and can be worked around in the test release by adding selinux=0 to your boot parameters. |
From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041012 Firefox/0.10.1 Description of problem: After booting first ISO of FC3test2 i typed linux reiserfs, so the reiserfs has been shown as one of available filesystem during partitioning. I choose to format two prartitions / and /home both in reiserfs. The installer show that it is starting formattiong drives and then it stops. The HDD led did not blink or light at all. After an hour I rebooted. I tries three times with different types of installations (custom, workstation) and diffrerent layouts of disk partitions. Nothing helped. Then I choose ext3 ant install went good. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): FC3test2 ISOs How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install FC3t2 with linux reiserfs option 2.CHoose formattion at least one partition in resierfs 3. Actual Results: Installer stops just before formatting Expected Results: Partition formatted in reiserfs Additional info: Toshiba Satellite 1135 S1554 laptop with 30 GB hdd (2.5" AFAIK)
