Section Number and Name: 6.2. Managing Volumes using Heketi

Describe the issue: This chapter is now outdated with the release of new heketi rpm's as now it has lot's of incorrect commands. We need to update the guide with the latest info and commands.

Hi Prasanth,

Karthick had raised the following bug to bring in doc changes for heketi and I am in the process of discussing the same:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1413878

If the above mentioned bug is on the same lines as this one, can we go ahead and mark this bug as a duplicate? 

If there are any additional details that needs to be included, we can still use 1413878. That way we have all the heketi related changes in one bug.
