Description of problem:
 Units in storage representation should be MiB/GiB/TiB instead of MB,etc.

Cannot reproduce in ovirt-engine-dashboard-1.0.1-0.el7ev.x86_64 / rhevm-4.0.2.1-0.1.el7ev.noarch

The memory & storage allocation is displayed in GiB / TiB, see attached screenshot.

I suggest to close this bug as WORKSFORME or CURRENTRELEASE.

Memory is in GiB (should be GB) -- is that the bug?

Seems like Pavel Novotny is right and there is  no bug.
