1.6.4 is out.  It now requires python-mccabe (in Fedora) and python-isort (not in Fedora)

I'm packaging python-isort, I'll have the review block is BZ when ready.

Needs python-functools32 for Python2 as well.

pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'backports.functools-lru-cache' distribution was not found and is required by pylint

Which I see here:
