Description of problem:

When upgrading from 6.1.X to 6.2, the guide suggests running this command first to check the changes that will be made:

satellite-installer --scenario capsule --upgrade --verbose --noop

the following error is seen:

 "[ERROR 2016-07-29 14:30:14 verbose]  /Stage[main]/Foreman_proxy::Register/Foreman_smartproxy[<FQDN>]: Could not evaluate: Proxy <FQDN> cannot be registered (Connection refused - connect(2)): N/A"

The command succeeds without the --noop option.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

6.1.9 with 6.2 repos enabled.
