The chapter on Heat must be reviewed and updated to fall in line with the updates in the Mitaka release.

In particular, the following enhancements must be noted:

* Support for resource chains
* Multi-environment support
* Mark unhealthy resources
* Support for pre-delete hooks
* Addition of a map_merge function to merge maps
