Due to a race condition, using the SPICE console to view video from certain sources, such as YouTube pages, and stretching the video over multiple monitors caused SPICE to terminate unexpectedly. This update ensures that thread-safe reference counting is used in the described scenario, which avoids the race condition and thus prevents the crashes from occurring.
