Network utilization charts are not shown on host dashboard page when
the host is a virtual machine[1].

Steps to Reproduce
==================

1. Install RHSC 2.0 *on virtual machines* following the documentation.
2. Accept few nodes for the ceph cluster.
3. Create new ceph cluster named 'alpha'.
4. Check host dashboard pages of all machines of the cluster.

Actual results
==============

There are no data for Network Utilization charts in Network widget on the
host dashboard page (see screenshot 1).

Network Utilization charts in Network widget on the host dashboard page
are shown.

Since deployment on virtual machines is not expected in production, changing
priority to low. That said, it would impact demonstration use cases and as such
it should be at least documented as a know issue.
