Firstly ,I migrate the windows2012 and rhel-7.3 guest separately after hot unplug memory balloon device. And they are migrated successfully. In the same time ,they(win2012 and rhel-7.3) also appears the "TSC frequency mismatch" warning message after migration. Only Windows10 fails to be migrated after hot unplug memory balloon device.
