Description of problem:
I just try to migrate the win10 guest after hot unplug memory balloon device. However the des guest appears a bug  and quit after it is migrated to the destination host.

1.Boot win10 guest on src host with memory balloon device:

2.Hot unplug this memroy balloon from guest.

3.Boot guest with '-incoming tcp:0:5800' and without memory balloon device on des host

Actual results:
The guest is migrated to the destination host successfully.

Firstly ,I migrate the windows2012 and rhel-7.3  guest separately after hot unplug memory balloon device. And they are migrated successfully.
In the same time ,they(win2012 and rhel-7.3) also appears the "TSC frequency mismatch" warning message after migration.

Only Windows10 fails to be migrated after hot unplug memory balloon device.
