Build Failed for nodejs-mongodb-example template

This seems similar to https://github.com/openshift/origin/issues/10324#issue-170351543 I am using OpenShift Online environment where I am trying to create application using nodejs-mongodb-example template. I am not sure about registry this environment is using :). I have also attached screenshot of error getting with nodejs-mongodb-example template at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=1189608. Created attachment 1189570 [details] Build Failed Screen Shot using Custom Template Description of problem: When creating any application using either CakePHP-MySQL Template or using my custom template, build is getting failed. It is very uncertain behavior. Sometimes for same application template my application is getting created successfully.
