Description of problem:

Ran into this on install of EL7:

15:08:35,260 INFO packaging: ccache-3.1.9-3.el7.x86_64 (743/2098)
15:08:35,260 INFO packaging: /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.hFgoUa: line 1: groupadd: command not found

I've checked in the needed fix to Fedora master, but not sure about issues around updating ccache in EPEL7.
