Patches were not touched. All were applied properly

it is easy to pack , just need update azureus-5.6.0.0-no-bundled-apache-commons.patch

After a recent discussion in a rpmfusion devel Mailing list where we update ffmpeg in F24 from 3.0.x to 3.1.x, it seems update policy is less restrictive [1] we have the exception: The package is a "leaf" node. Nothing depends on it or requires it. 
So by Fedora guidelines we may (I think we should) update azureus on stable branches . 
I don't mind do that task, for that I need commit permissions on pkgdb [2]
