[doc] [ceph-ansible] : few functionality is available with ceph-ansible package but not supported in ceph 2.0. those functionality should be Documented

How reproducible:

always



few functionality/features are not supported in ceph 2.0 but those functionality/features are available when we install ceph-ansible or ceph-installer.

e.g.
1) purge-cluster is not supported but purge-cluster.yml is part of package and available in /usr/share/ceph-ansible. [A1]

2) 'clients' and 'restapis' role is not supported but it is available in site.yml, group_vars/all, roles/ [A2]

3) bluestore is Tech preview and available under osds.yml


Expected Result:-

In my opinion It would be good if we can Document somewhere so  User/client know  that those functionality is available but not supported

Features like purge already exist in our repos, but were removed from docs because they aren't supported. see doc BZ 1364800 and BZ 1333694. Is this supported or supportable.
