4.b.ii. Would you specify for what you are entering the IP address. A common mistake of folks new to this is they enter the IP of the satellite or the undercloud box, but this should be the IP of the host on which the VMS are running (right?) or BMC IP. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
