Description of problem:
As of now Self-Heal Info column displays unsynced entries if entries are less than 2 and Expected Time to Heal if more than two unsynced entries are present. Name which would be more apt for the column would be Self-Heal Info / ETTH  (Expected Time to Heal) or Time to Heal

I think "Self heal Info" is generic enough to cover entry count as well as expected time to heal. If additional details need to be provided on tooltip, please change bug title and re-open bug
