Description of problem:
If a user doesn't initially select OSE as a product to deploy, progresses through the wizard, selected edit product selection, adds OSE, and then continues to the configuration page, the screen is corrupt. No products are selected and the resource viewer is not visible.

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select RHV to deploy
2. Progress to engine selection
3. Click edit product selection next to deployment title
4. Additionally select OSE
5. Progress to OSE configuration page

Actual results:
Screen is in a corrupt state. Cannot configure node counts, resources are not visible.

Expected results:
Screen should not be corrupted. Default node counts should be selected, resource counts with correct values.
