katello-service status when stopped start by printing:
Some services failed to status

Steps to Reproduce:
1. [root@rhel7-2-sat6-2 ~]# katello-service stop

2. [root@rhel7-2-sat6-2 ~]# katello-service status

Actual results:
Some services failed to status: mongod,postgresql,qpidd,qdrouterd,tomcat,foreman-proxy,pulp_celerybeat,pulp_resource_manager,pulp_workers,httpd,foreman-tasks


Expected results:

Services are stopped

or maybe:

Some services failed to report status but the following are stopped: mongod,postgresql,qpidd,qdrouterd,tomcat,foreman-proxy,pulp_celerybeat,pulp_resource_manager,pulp_workers,httpd,foreman-tasks
