Sorry, step 2. should be actually "pick Google account" I see that you are using something other than Adwaita as your theme? Can you still reproduce this slowness with Adwaita? What versions of gtk3, webkitgtk4 and gnome-online-accounts do you have? It's almost surely fdo#85064. Created attachment 1191703 [details] Video in which I show how the issue looks like Setting up an account using gnome-online-accouts is very slow. Steps to Reproduce: 1. open gnome-online-accounts 2. enter email for gmail account 3. continue with setup; provide password and so on Actual results: Setup is very slow. Looks like rendering takes a lot of time. Scrollbar is also not responsive. Please see attached video (recorded with gtk-recordmydesktop). Regards, jmayday
