Description Jan Pokorný [poki] 2016-08-18 12:13:15 UTC
Initial expectations was that "pcs status" would list the nodes
together with the respective vote numbers.
In fact, it would be ideal to have a more natural and complete
breakdown:

  node
    -> info (incl. votes)
    -> list of resources running on it (incl. state)
    -> which configured fence device instances can operate on it

But there's much more to it: votes should be modifiable, interoperability
with expected_votes and quorum device (if configured), etc.

Some aspects are a concern for GUI, too.
