Description of problem:
When a user is logged out du to the inactivity, the follow up log in fails.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhevm-4.0.2.6-0.1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in
2. Wait until the user is automatically logged out
3. Log in

Actual results:
The page reports:
   Request state does not match session state.
   Then Click on "Click here to continue." whic forward me to the front page
   Then Administration Portal and the user is automatically logged without providing username and password.

Expected results:
The user is logged in the first time.
