Section: Creating a Certificate Authority

This example:
sudo cp server-crt.pem /etc/pki/ca-trust/source/anchors/

Should be:
sudo cp ca.crt.pem /etc/pki/ca-trust/source/anchors/

That looks good; I'll think we are all set with this BZ.  I did run into a few other issue working through this section but will open another BZ for those changes.

You can leave it open but it may be a few days before I can update.  I need to run back through the section with better notes on the issues.
