Description of problem:
There are steps 4 - 7 about accepting hosts in chapter 4.2. Cluster Expansion.
1) These steps are not mandatory and they could not happen at all. For example in case when the cluster is expanded only from those hosts which are already accepted. But from the manual it seems it has to happen always.
2) Moreover these steps are completely the same as steps 2 - 4 from 'Procedure. Accepting Hosts' in '5.1.1. Accepting Hosts' chapter in quick start guide. To have them on both places (quick start guide and administration guide) could lead to some discrepancies later.
