Description of problem:
The package's description has a vastly outdated and therefore useless remark about the required kernel version.

Actual results:
[...] The utilities provided require kernel version 2.1.82 or newer (which support the /proc/bus/pci interface).

Expected results:
No such sentence.

Additional info:
I believe there is no available scenario to build any of the currently supported repos with kernels older than 2.2 (or even with 2.x at all?). ;-)

fixed in rawhide git, will be available with next update, when something bigger occurs
