Description of problem:
The 64 bit version of the epson-inkjet-printer-escpr puts files i /usr/lib when it should put them in /usr/lib64.  Running lpstat -t on my system shows:

printer WorkForce-630 disabled since Tue 10 Feb 2015 01:15:34 PM PST -
	File "/usr/lib64/cups/filter/epson-escpr-wrapper" not available: No such file or directory

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install 64 bit package
2. Run

rpm -ql epson-inkjet-printer-escpr.x86_64 | grep epson-escpr-wrapper
/usr/lib/cups/filter/epson-escpr-wrapper

Actual results:
/usr/lib/cups/filter/epson-escpr-wrapper

Expected results:
/usr/lib64/cups/filter/epson-escpr-wrapper

$ rpm -qf /usr/lib64/cups
error: file /usr/lib64/cups: No such file or directory
$ rpm -qf /usr/lib/cups
cups-filesystem-2.1.4-2.fc24.noarch
$ $ rpm -q cups
cups-2.1.4-2.fc24.x86_64

I looked at my F22 system which is also 64 bit and I see that epson-escpr-wrapper is also located in /usr/lib/cups.

Then why is lpstat complaining about it needing to be in /usr/lib64/cups?

If the problem isn't with the epson package then there is a problem with the cups package.  Something in the cups package is assuming the file is in /usr/lib64/cups.

My guess is your configuration files are broken.
