Describe the issue: 

Add a note clearly describing which storage backend are 
currently supported for smart state analysis on instances 
running on OpenStack Cloud. Currently SSA can be performed
only when an instance is booted from image. 

If an instance is booted from volume, Smart state 
analysis doesnt not work. See

Suyog - looks like another good addition to the Support Matrix. We may need to just reach out to Loic to see if he is able to assist in getting the details regarding the storage back ends, though.
