Description of problem: Brick are offline

Compile from tar files


Steps to Reproduce:
1../configure
2. make
3. make install

Additional info:
After update only first volume is working normal, all other volumes have all bricks offline. You need manually to force start other volumes to get all brick online.

This has been reported through BZ 1366813 and the fix would be available in 3.8.3. As a workaround try starting the other volumes with force option.
