Closing as not-a-bug

It seems some RDMA cards don't like talking to themselves/loopback and it looks like this is the reason for the rejection of the rdma_connect call.
We need to do some multi host testing, but that's the current bet having tried tweaking all the other connection parameters and seeing the loopback check in the cxgb3 kernel driver.
