Likely a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1367432, but I'd like to gather more information about how you ran into this bug. 1. Did you previously have a project you deleted? If so, do you remember the name of it? 2. Did you receive an error other than the "cannot create more than 1 project" error the first time you attempted to create this project? If so, do you remember what it was? Thanks Jordan. Yes. The Error message looks familiar as in Bug 1367432 1. Yes. I was deleting and recreating Project with the same name - ratescentral. I would have done it 5-6 times resulting in this state (no projects under my username but unable to create projects either). 2. No. I was able to create Project without any errors previously. There used to be a temp state where the project seemed to be marked for deletion. But if i tried after some time, i would be able to create project with same name or some other name. * Please note that i am on Dev Preview there are restrictions on number of projects. Error exists in both CLI and Web login. Looks like the pod is stuck or cleanup did not happen correctly. The project has now been cleaned up and you should be able to create a new project. We are tracking the actual underlying issue in Bug 1367432 Ok thanks. I am able to create project now. I have a same problem. How resolve this problem? |

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Dev Preview Openshift online How reproducible: Always. Reproducible from CLI and online. Steps to Reproduce: XX:~ XX$ oc new-project <projectname> Error from server: projectrequests <projectname> is forbidden: user XX cannot create more than 1 project(s). XX:~ XX$ oc delete project <projectname> Error from server: User "XX" cannot delete projects in project "test" XX:~ XX$ oc status Error from server: User "XX" cannot get projects in project "default" XX:~ XX$ oc get projects Actual results: Open shift does not allow Project creation. Expected results: The Project does not exist. So the system must allow me to create projects. Additional info: Refer to actual User and project in the screenshot from open shift online.
