Description of problem:

Fedora-Server-netinst-x86_64-25-20160819.n.1.iso in F24 qemu-kvm (virt-manager) BIOS + Video virtio driver, Anaconda comes up in text mode, not graphical.

Switching video driver in virt-manager to QXL solves this.

I think this is a virt-manager issue as a side effect of default to virtio-vga accidentally.
