Description of problem:
As part of bug 1235135 the cookie clean up code was disabled. It should be re-enabled and the transaction isolation should be lowered.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login
2. wait 7 days (or hack the database)
3. Login again

Actual results:
The original cookie is still in the database

Expected results:
The original cookie is deleted

update logincookies set lastused = lastused - interval '8 days';

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh6)
Result: Pass
