This should be dontauditd, I think it is a bogus AVC, but not sure what is causing it. This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component. This message is a reminder that Fedora 24 is nearing its end of life. Relabelling the system does not help. Additional info: It seems to help stopping getty, however the IPMI-remote screen does not work then, so I really want it.
