Description of problem:

I cannot delete a non functioning repo due to a build that was canceled in the middle. There is reference to a canceled build in the copr, which seems to be due to the build being canceled too quickly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Try to delete the repo at https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/kmyid/python3-xlib/

Actual results:

Reference to a canceled build 439954 when trying to delete the repo, saying it's unfinished. In the monitors page, this build number shows as canceled.

Expected results:

Successfully delete the repo.

I set the remaining build_chroot in "pending" state to "cancelled" manually. You should be able to delete it now.

Hi, I tried deleting just now and it's still saying

"You can not delete build `439946` which is not finished. "

Should I retry it a bit later?

Oh I was only working with 439954. Didn't notice the other build has the same problem. I did the same for 439946 now so you can try to delete it.

I'll make a patch to prevent this situation from happening. Thanks for the report.
