Description of problem:

After deleting project I try to create new project but get error "Projectrequest forbidden .. Can not create more than 1 project"

when I enter "oc status" command i get "Error from server: User "AndriiGolets" cannot get projects in project "default""

This is a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1367432

A fix is in process, but until that is available, we can clean up the existing project that is registered against your username. Can you provide the name of the project you deleted and tried to recreate?
