Description of problem:

Triggering manila tempest job in Jenkins caused to 53 failures (although everything was properly configured)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhos-9.0

0 failures

I have pushed 7 upstream patches [1] to rhos9 and made all the relevant adjustments is ci code. We are now passing pep8, unittests and tempest (with rpms).
