Upstream tracker: https://github.com/antirez/redis/issues/1552 I saw upstream tracker, but it is more than two years old. So I would prefer a to add t least some minimalistic man pages for redis-server and redis-cli, when it should be Red Hat supported product. FYI linked PR is mostly complete. redis-shutdown don't have man page, but is not designed to be used by end users, to moved to libexec, see #1375922 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
