We opened the case https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/01691896 and 
have been redirected to this ticket.

We are trying to connect an CFME 5.6 server to an OpenStack cloud provider. We don´t have any admin permissions and we likely will not get them. So in the case Colin is asking for the specific permissions that the admins of the OpenStack server need to give to our user in order to acomplish all the tasks that we can do in a CFME 5.6 with an OpenStack cloud provider.

The roles list we test with is [admin, heat_stack_owner, SwiftOperator], then all actions and refreshed data should be available.

Fix for this BZ should land for 5.6.2, then the refresh should work with member role.
