Description Rick Dixon 2016-08-24 16:41:34 UTC
Description of problem:

An entry for RHEL 7.2 is not automatically created in Hosts > Installation Media after syncing the related Kickstart repository despite the content being populated in the Satellite filesystem.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

6.2.1

How reproducible:

Always, in customer environment.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sync the RHEL 7.2 Kickstart Repository
2. Navigate to Hosts > Installation Media and note that no entry has been made.

Actual results:

While no RHEL 7.2 Installation Media is created automatically, other Kickstart repos appear to automatically create Installation Media entries, such as RHEL 7.1 or RHEL 6.8

Expected results:

An Installation Media entry should automatically be created per the documented functionality.

Additional information:

Sosreport and foreman-debug from customer Satellite will be uploaded shortly.
