Description of problem:
Trunk won't work on RHEL 7 withou changing delorean-deps.repo $releasever to "7"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install openstack using http://docs.openstack.org/developer/tripleo-docs/installation/installation.html on RHEL 7
2.
3.

Actual results:
Fails because it can't find the package path because $releasever is expended to 7Server instead of 7

Expected results:
Should work

I've temporarily substituted $releasever by "7" which will work for both CentOS7 and RHEL7 for the time being until we find a smarter solution.

Should we flag this up for when RHEL and CentOS 8 arrive?

I don't think we've found a smarter solution and I'm pretty sure we'll hit it back with RHEL/CentOS 8 .
